অর্থায়নের লক্ষ্য বা ফার্মের লক্ষ্য

 

 

The financial decisions of any business organization and the main purpose of their implementation is to reach the specific goal of that company. The universally accepted purpose of a firm is to maximize the overall economic well-being of its owners. There are basically two approaches to achieving the objective of overall economic welfare of farm owners. That is, any company has two main objectives.

যে কোন ব্যবসায় প্রতিষ্ঠানের অর্থসংক্রান্ত সিদ্ধান্তগুলো এবং তাদের বাস্তবায়নের প্রধান উদ্দেশ্য হচ্ছে ঐ কোম্পানি নির্দিষ্ট লক্ষ্যে পৌছানো । একটি ফার্মের সর্বজনস্বীকৃত উদ্দেশ্য হচ্ছে ঐ কোম্পানির মালিকদের সার্বিক অর্থনৈতিক কল্যাণ সর্বাধিকরণ । ফার্মের মালিকদের সার্বিক অর্থনৈতিক কল্যাণের উদ্দেশ্য অর্জনের জন্য মূলত দুটি পন্থা আছে । অর্থাৎ যে কোনো কোম্পানির দুটি মূল উদ্দেশ্য থাকে । যথা-

১। মুনাফা সর্বাধিকরণ

২। সম্পদ সর্বাধিকরণ

১। মুনাফা সর্বাধিকরণঃ Profit Maximization

কোনো ব্যবসায় প্রতিষ্ঠান সাধারণত সমাজের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় দ্রব্যাদি উৎপাদন করে তা বিতরণের মাধ্যমে সমাজের প্রয়োজন মেটায় । এ প্রক্রিয়ার পেছনের মূল উদ্দেশ্যই হচ্ছে মালিকদের জন্য মুনাফা অর্জন এবং তা সর্বাধিকরণ করা । মুনাফা সর্বাধিকরণের উদ্দেশ্যকে সামনে রেখে আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপক ঐ ফার্মের বিনিয়োগ সিদ্ধান্ত, অর্থায়ণ সিদ্ধান্ত, এবং লভ্যাংশ নসদ্ধান্ত সমূহ গ্রহণ ও বাস্তবায়নের পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করেন । পরিকল্পিত অর্থনীতির মূল উদ্দেশ্য হচ্ছে সমাজের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী ন্যায্যমূল্যে দ্রব্যাদি বা সেবা প্রদান করা । কিন্তু বাজার অর্থনীতিতে সমাজের সদস্যদের জন্য স্বল্পমূলে্য উন্নতমানের দ্রব্যাদি প্রদান করে মুনাফা অর্জন বা মুনাফা সর্বাধিকরণ ক্ষমতাকে বর্তমানে একটি কোম্পানির মূল উদ্দেশ্য ধরা হয় । বর্তমানে কোম্পানি গুলো তিনটি উপায়ে মানাফা সর্বাধিকরণ করে থাকে ।

A business organization usually meets the needs of the society by producing and distributing the goods required for the society. The main purpose behind this process is to make a profit for the owners and to maximize it. With the objective of maximizing profits, the financial manager takes steps to adopt and implement the firm's investment decisions, financing decisions, and dividend decisions. The main purpose of a planned economy is to provide goods or services at a fair price according to the needs of the society. But in a market economy, the ability to make a profit or maximize profits by providing low-cost, high-quality goods to members of society is now considered a company's main objective. Currently, companies maximize profits in three ways.

ক) খরচ কমিয়ে  - Reduce costs

খ) উন্নতমানের দ্রব্য উপহার দিয়ে - With the gift of high quality products

গ) অতিরিক্ত চাহিদা সৃষ্টি করে - creates additional demand

 

২। সম্পদ সর্বাধিকরণঃ Wealth Maximization

একটি ফার্মের সবচেয়ে গ্রহণযোগ্য লক্ষ্য হচ্ছে ঐ ফার্মের শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের বা শেয়ারমালিকদের তথা ফার্মের সম্পদ সর্বাধিকরণ । এটি মুনাফা সর্বাধিকরণের লক্ষ্যের দূর্বলতাগুলো দূর করে সঠিক ভাবে সম্পদের পরিমাপ সরতে সম্ভব হয় । তাই এ লক্ষটি একটি সুষ্ঠু ও যুক্তিসংগত লক্ষ্য হিসেবে সর্বজনীনভাবে গৃহীত । এটি ফার্মের মুনাফা ছাড়াও অন্যান্য বিষয়ের ওপর গুরুত্ব আরোপ করে । ফার্মের দীর্ঘমেয়াদি মূল্য তার প্রবৃদ্ধি, বিনিয়োগকারীদের ঝুঁকির পরিমাণ, শেয়ার মূল্য, লভ্যাংশ ইত্যাদি দ্বারা প্রভাবিত হয় । একটি ফার্মের সম্পদ সর্বাধিকরণ বলতে ঐ ফার্মের শেয়ারের মূল্য সর্বাধিকরণকে বা নিট বর্তমান মূল্য সর্বাধিকরণকে বোঝায় ।   

The most acceptable goal of a firm is to maximize the assets of the shareholders or shareholders of that firm. It is possible to move the measure of wealth in the right way by overcoming the weaknesses of the goal of maximizing profits. Therefore, this goal is universally accepted as a fair and reasonable goal. It focuses on factors other than the firm's profitability. The long-term value of the firm is affected by its growth, the amount of risk to investors, the share price, dividends, etc. A firm's asset maximization refers to the firm's share price maximization or net current price maximization.
